The July 16 episode of AEW Dynamite featured a major Adam Copeland segment, where Stokely Hathaway had some security as backup against Copeland. After the show, the identity of one of the security guards has now been revealed.
Independent wrestler Kevin Ku took to Twitter and confirmed that he was one of the security guards for Stokely Hathaway during AEW Dynamite, as he joked that he was really bad at security, saying, hey sorry guys. i think i may be really bad at security.
This wouldnt be the first time Kevin Ku made an appearance on AEW television this year, as he was also a security guard during Adam Page and Swerve Stricklands backstage confrontation a few months ago.
During Adam Copelands segment, Stokely Hathaway brought out Kevin Ku and another wrestler as a security guard. However, Copeland would punch out Ku and kick the other guard before hitting a vicious spear on Hathaway to end the segment.
This appearance was definitely great exposure for Kevin Ku and so well have to wait and see whether AEW will eventually sign Ku to a contract somewhere down the line, as fans feel he more than deserves it.
