It wouldnt be a John Cena main event without some chaosand veteran WWE referee Charles Robinson found that out the hard way at Night of Champions.
During the June 28 Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cena and CM Punk, Seth Rollins tried to cash in his Money in the Bank contract. But before Rollins could make it official, Cena made sure that wasnt happeningat Robinsons expense.
As Rollins called for a referee, Robinson sprinted down the ramp toward the ring, only to get blindsided by Cena with a brutal tackle. The collision left Robinson down and out, preventing the cash-in and adding another layer of drama to the wild main event in Riyadh.
Robinson, known to fans as Little Naitch, stayed quiet after the incidentbut now hes finally broken his silence. Taking to Twitter, the veteran official kept it short and simple, posting: I am alive.
The message came in response to WWEs official post recapping the wild Night of Champions main event, confirming that despite the tackle, Robinson is okayand still has his sense of humor intact.
