He stated that it isnt due to an injury, anything related to WWE mentioning his name, or any kind of business issue. Theres nothing negative behind it; he was simply given some time off.

This comes after Tony Khan announced thatBeast Mortos was replacing Claudio Castagnoliin the 12-man tag team match, where he teamed up with the Death Riders and the Young Bucks at AEW Grand Slam: Mexico went live from Arena Mexico. Castagnoli was also noticeably absent from the June 25th edition of AEW Dynamite.
