The WWE Evolution 2 Premium Live Event will be taking placeon July 13, 2025, live from Atlanta, Georgia and Liv Morgan was expected to compete in a high profile match at the show. Unfortunately, she suffered a legitimate shoulder injury on Raw this week and now it appears that WWE had to make major changes to the Evolution card.
While speaking during a Q&A session, WrestleVotes reported that Liv Morgans injury has forced WWE to rip up much of the planned Evolution 2 card and start from scratch. She was originally set to be in a major tag team match, but with that match no longer happening, WWE now has to fill her spot with someone else.
WrestleVotes added that the change is expected to cause a ripple effect across the rest of the Premium Live Event, which will affect multiple matches and storylines.
As previously reported, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez were planned to square off against Nikki and Brie Bella at the Evolution 2 Premium Live Event in a tag team match. However, thats obviously not going to happen anymore.
Thats not all, as Morgans injury might have scrapped Nikki Bellas segment on the June 16th edition of WWE Raw since she was supposed to appear on the show. Regardless, well have to see how WWE will change the Evolution 2 card, as theres less than a month left before the show.
What are your thoughts on Liv Morgans injury impacting Evolution 2? Who do you think should take her place in the match against The Bella Twins if the match still happens? Sound off in the comments.
