Its a known fact that Cody Rhodeslanded a role in The Naked Gun reboot and fans have been waiting to see what kind of role hed play there. After a lot of waiting, fans finally got their first look at Cody Rhodes in the upcoming reboot after the latest trailer dropped.
Paramount Pictures uploaded the latest trailer for The Naked Gun on YouTube and it gave fans a good idea of what to expect in the movie starring Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson.
What wrestling fans loved the most about the trailer was Cody Rhodes. While Liam Neeson was making his way through a bar, Cody Rhodes was seen portraying a bartender. Neeson would then smash Rhodes face and break his nose, after which Rhodes face completely changes into something from a slapstick comedy.
This comes after Cody Rhodes already confirmed he would have a small cameo in the film and nothing substantial. Therefore, a role as a bartender is certainly something that fans arent surprised by.
Directed by Akiva Schaffer, the film is set to release on August 1, 2025. The cast features Liam Neeson, Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Kevin Durand, and Danny Huston. Therefore, well have to see how the movie will turn out but fans are just happy to see Rhodes in a Hollywood movie, as it could launch his career there.
