The outrage over R-Truths WWE exit isnt dying downand now, former WWE personality Jonathan Coachman has joined the chorus of voices calling the move a mistake.
While Triple H tried to steer attention toward AAA star El Hijo del Vikingos title win ahead of Worlds Collide, the spotlight was yanked away by angry fansand Coachman didnt hold back.
Responding to a fan who tweeted, Business is business but I feel that ever since TKO have taken over WWE, theyre slowly sucking the life out of WWE and hellbent on making a profit at any chance they can, Coachman fired off a blunt message that called WWE out for losing touch with what really matters.
Coachman also pointed out how the shift away from house shows has put talents like Truth in an impossible position.
When one user tried to shut down the debate by tweeting, Hes 55 dude, Coachman didnt let it slide. He fired back with a list of ways WWE couldve still used Trutheven if his in-ring days were numbered.
He continued, emphasizing that Truth brought value beyond just his in-ring work.
Coachman ended on a somber note, summing up the collective mood in one sentence:
Coachmans comments add weight to what fans have been shouting across social media since the news broke. WWEs silence on the matter has only deepened the frustration, and as more voices inside and outside the company speak up, its becoming clear that R-Truths departure hit harder than expected.
