Vince McMahon is drawing a hard line in courtand its all about what stays private.

In a newly unsealed court filing, McMahons legal team urged the Delaware Court of Chancery to shut down a shareholder lawsuit demanding more documents tied to the WWE-UFC merger that created TKO Group Holdings. The plaintiffs claim McMahon rigged the deal to favor Endeavor, UFCs then-parent company, in an effort to protect himselfespecially as sexual misconduct allegations swirled.

But McMahon isnt giving up everything. His lawyers say hes already agreed to hand over communications tied to the merger and misconduct claims, including emails and texts with WWE and TKO execs like Nick Khan and Paul Triple H Levesque, plus ex-board members. Hes also producing NDAs and board meeting materials.

Where hes drawing the line? Anything deeply personal and intimate. McMahons team says messages with women and family members arent relevant to the merger and call the request for them harassment.

The plaintiffs argue those communications could shine a light on McMahons real motivations, especially with key former board members pushed out before the deal went through. They say the broader discovery could show how the misconduct allegations pushed McMahon toward the Endeavor merger to maintain control behind the scenes.

McMahon disagrees. He claims expanding the case would turn it into a mini-trial over past accusations already covered in a lawsuit thats since been dismissed. The judge has yet to rule on the motion.
