Mercedes Mon recently launched a private messaging platform where fans can text her for $99.99 per month, and while many people blasted her for the service, Vince Russo actually supports what Mercedes is doing.
While speaking on Shootin from the Hip, Vince Russo said he supports Mercedes Mon charging fans $99.99 a month to text her. He joked that people can message him on Cameo for just $2, so hes $98 cheaper.
Russo explained that if fans are willing to pay that much, then she should go ahead and take the money. No one is forcing them to do it, so if they choose to spend it, she might as well benefit from it.
Mercedes Mons service offers fans exclusive, one-on-one, personal, and private access. The deal includes a number said to bereserved only for her biggest supporters.
This comes after the CEO of AEW already seemingly reacted to the backlash over her private messaging service, making it clear she isnt fazed by the hate. In the end, Vince Russo believes its up to the fans: if they want to spend money, they can, and Mercedes has every right to earn that money and thats not going to change anytime soon.
