Former NXT Womens Champion Giulia is now officially part of the SmackDown roster. WWE made the announcement during a backstage segment on the May 16 episode of SmackDown, where Giulia was seen exiting the office of SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis.
Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair were discussing a possible alliance outside Aldis office when Giulia walked out, catching both women by surprise. Aldis quickly introduced her as SmackDowns newest full-time talent, making it clear that Giulias transition to the main roster is complete.
This is Giulia SmackDowns newest roster member, Aldis said, confirming that the former NXT star is now officially done with the developmental brand.
Giulia originally debuted on SmackDown back in September 2024 in a match against Chelsea Green, and now it appears shes there to stay. With her NXT days behind her, the powerhouse is set to take on the best that SmackDowns womens division has to offer.
