Ross, who last appeared for AEW at the Dynasty pay-per-view in April, announced his diagnosis on social media, sharing that his surgery will be scheduled within the next two weeks. Surgery will be scheduled in the next week or two, Ross stated, thanking fans for their well-wishes.
The 71-year-old commentator has been through serious health battles before. In 2021, he fought skin cancer, undergoing 22 radiation treatments a process he described as the toughest thing Ive ever been through.
