WWE is cracking down on social media behavior following a heated Twitter exchange between Ricochet and JeVon Evans.
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightfuls Discord, WWE is now requiring everyone at the Performance Center to undergo media training after Evans made some controversial comments aimed at Ricochet.
The drama started when Ricochet trolled Evans, claiming hed squash him in a match. Evans fired back with a tweet that quickly went viral and not in a good way. Evans later deleted the tweet, but the damage was done. Ricochets response? Woof. Ricochet really trolled a guy into getting media class for the whole PC, a comment that only fueled the fire.
Now, WWE is stepping in to prevent further incidents. The company has implemented mandatory media training for all Performance Center talent, aiming to teach its stars how to handle themselves on social media without damaging their brand or the companys image.
