Will Ospreays in-ring skills are simply undeniable, and he prides himself on being one of the best professional wrestlers in the world. In fact, he has claimed that he could outwrestle most of the WWE roster even on his worst day.
While speaking to Daily Star, Will Ospreay said he doesnt enjoy WWE, either as a fan or a wrestler. He hasnt watched WrestleMania 41 but heard it wasnt great, aside from the match involving Iyo Sky, Rhea Ripley, and Bianca Belair, who he considers some of the best in the world.
Ospreay explained that he was never really a fan of WWE. While he respects the company and the wrestlers who handle its demanding schedule, he just doesnt like the shows style, presentation, or overall feel though he admits some improvements have been made, like the one-shot camera work.
Ospreay added that he respects and admires everyone in WWE, but hes always felt a bit of a rivalry. Even though WWE has the biggest crowds and deals, he believes AEW wrestlers are better once the bell rings. He said that even on his worst day, he feels he can outwrestle most of the WWE talent.
The Aerial Assassin stated that WWE has strong promo talents like CM Punk and Roman Reigns, and admitted there are things he still needs to catch up on. However, he definitely believes AEWs in-ring talent is unmatched by WWEs roster.
Will Ospreay is one of the most exciting and popular wrestlers today for a ton of reasons and he just feels AEWs in-ring product is better than WWE and fans will simply have to respect his opinion in the end.
