
Adam Copelands been part of the wrestling business for over two decades, and its natural for his body to wear down. Being 51 right now, Copeland has revealed that it takes him a week to walk properly after he competes in a match.
While speaking in an interview with First Up with Korolnek & Colaiacovo, the Rated R Superstar talked about the physical toll it takes on his body every time he wrestles a match. Copeland explained that it feels like hes going through the evolution of man during recovery.
After a match, it takes him about a week to walk normally again. He said that in the morning, he starts out feeling like a Cro-Magnon, then a Neanderthal, and eventually gets back to feeling like himself.
This comes after the WWE Hall of Fame recently revealed that he plans on ending his in-ring career when he turns 53. Therefore, that means he will officially retire in October 2026 and fans just have to accept that now.
Adam Copeland keeps pushing through the pain, showing why hes one of the most respected veterans in the business right now. However, its clear he more than deserves to hang up his wrestling boots in 2026 and fans hope he gets the retirement he truly deserves.
