Bully Ray was shocked by the reveal that Cruz Montana was the man under the mask and the latest member of the 946 faction on "WWE Raw."Montana, who has been a member of the "WWE NXT" roster since July, made a surprise appearance on the red brand, attacking Roman Reigns and co. at the end of the show. Ray was completely caught off guard and had goosebumps following the segment, which he discussed on "Busted Open.""Nobody knew," began Ray, about Montana being part of the group. "If shock and awe had a sound to it, last night was that sound because of what you said. Nobody knew. When Cruz Montana eventually took off the mask, I'm getting goosebumps thinking about it because it works so well. There was a collective gasp in the Barclays Center. That is shock and awe."Ray said he had no idea Montana was the man behind the mask, admitting that he initially thought it was Angelo Dawkins, while LA Knight was his original guess."The first thing I said to myself was, that's not LA Knight. I was watching the body movements. I was looking at the size, I'm like, that's not LA Knight. Then I'm like, who the F is this? They shot the eyes and for a second, I thought it was Dawkins. Now I was clueless. And when they did the reveal, I was like, 'Wow, got me,'" said Ray.The WWE legend's next question concerned Montana's connection to the group, adding that WWE hasn't yet explained why Carmelo Hayes was also added to the faction. However, he feels that won't be difficult for WWE to address. Another observation he made following Montana's addition was that the former TNA star currently feels more important than Hayes, which he believes shouldn't be the case, as he wants all members of the group to feel like equals.
