Tommaso Ciampa has only been in AEW for less than one year, but the "Psycho Killer" has made a huge impact since his arrival back in January. He's won the AEW TNT Championship, challenged for multiple other titles, and featured on some of AEW's biggest cards this year, but one thing that he has been very happy about since jumping ship from WWE is that he and his family are happy. During a recent interview with SBNation, Ciampa explained why making the move from WWE to AEW at the start of the year was something that has opened new opportunities for his family, particularly his daughter Willow."The amount of times we've traveled together: London, Scotland, Montreal. My hope is to get them out to Mexico next time, or even France, because it was so cool out there too. We've been doing a lot of trips. Willow and my wife came to Chicago and she had her big on-screen moment with Okada. There's so many things that have happened in the last 10 months that wouldn't have happened if we didn't make the move when we did. Looking back at it all, it's incredible to think of the experiences that we're all gaining, specifically Willow, because a lot of what I do nowadays is pretty much all for her. It's just been a total blessing."The AEW production team went the extra mile to accommodate Ciampa's family at AEW All Out 2026. Not only were his wife and daughter at ringside for his match against Kazuchika Okada, but before the event began, Willow received her own special entrance to celebrate her birthday, complete with her dad's current entrance music, before transitioning into a rendition of "Happy Birthday."Please credit "SBNation" when using quotes from this article, and give a H/T to Wrestling Inc. for the transcription.
