Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo seemingly suffered an injury during Friday's "WWE NXT" live event in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.According to a fan report on Reddit, paramedics rushed down to the ring and fit him in a neckbrace before stretching him out of the venue. Lorenzo had been teaming with his fellow BirthRight members Lexis King, Charlie Dempsey, and Uriah Connors to take on Tony D'Angelo, Tavion Heights, Shiloh Hill, and Shawn Spears in the show's main event.A fan in attendance noted that he may have sustained an injury while taking a back body drop from the ring to the floor. Another indicated that Lorenzo had either jumped or fell off the top turnbuckle and collided face-first with the ringside barricade; he was said to have then landed "hard" on the floor, appearing unresponsive.Spears, a native of Canada, addressed the crowd after the match, saying that "unfortunately, things happen in this ring." He went on to call WWE a family before thanking the crowd for coming out to the show. Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer reported that, as of Friday night, Lorenzo was still in the hospital. On Saturday afternoon, Connors provided a further update on Lorenzo's condition, writing on X: "My boys alive and well!! We can't be stopped, last of a dying breed! Thanks for checkin on em, I got his a**."Lorenzo is a regular fixture on "NXT," with his most recent in-ring outing resulting in and him and Connors losing to Mini Vikingo and Chazz "Starboy" Hall in the first round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
