Wednesdays Tip of the Day takes us to the United States where we dip our toe into the Major League Baseball play-offs. Its the divisional round in both the American and National Leagues and we have two of the World Series favourites in action tonight. The two-time defending champion Los Angeles Dodgers take on the Atlanta Braves holding a 2-1 lead and looking to secure a place in the Championship Series by winning Game Four at Truist Park. The Braves would have hoped to have nudged ahead on Tuesday night but saw ace Chris Sale outduelled by Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Kike Hernandez smash a decisive two-run home run.Sales sloppy night may spell the end of Atlantas hopes and we fancy the Dodgers, for whom Tyler Glasnow takes the mound in Game Four, to complete the job as they bid to become the first National League team to win three successive World Series titles. In the American League, the New York Yankees play host to the Tampa Bay Rays knowing they have no margin for error at 2-0 down. The good news for the Bronx Bombers is that Max Fried will start tonights game despite the impending birth of his first child. The Rays won both games in Florida but a trip to a boisterous Yankee Stadium will provide a different test.If the home side get ahead early, then Fried has enough in his arsenal to get the job done.Wednesdays double (odds are from bet365 and correct as of 10am on Wed, Oct 7)Los Angeles Dodgers to beat the Atlanta Braves @ 13/20New York Yankees to beat the Tampa Bay Rays @ 14/25Combined odds of 1.57/1A 10 stake will return 25.74Responsible GamblingIt is important that when using any bookmaker and placing bets online, you practice responsible gambling habits wherever possible.
