
Hulk Hogan and Mr. T collaborating in the ring and in Hollywood was one of the biggest pop culture crossovers during the 1980s, especially when both men teamed together in the main event of the very first WrestleMania.During a recent appearance on"What's Your Story?"With Stephanie McMahon, Mr. T was asked who is favorite wrestler is to watch, and after 40 years, his answer is still "The Hulkster.""Hulk Hogan because we worked together. So it was fun being with him. I mean, nobody else I hadn't spent time with each other, and so, got to know him with 'Rocky' ... We met and then we get to doing 'The A Team' and we were going places then," he explained. "He would tell me certain things about wrestling, what to do and whatever. So that part, that became a bonding.So you had to root for him, his style, and he had it. Wow. It was special ... he was the man."Mr. T first met Hogan in 1982 on the set of "Rocky III." Both men we're adversaries to Rocky Balboa in the film, with Mr. T playing the role of the iconic Clubber Lang, and Hogan fighting "The Italian Stallion" as Thunderlips.
