Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras. City have agreed a 37.5million (�32m) fee for the 22-year-old, with a further 2.5m in add-ons, according to The Athletics David Ornstein.Allan had become a target to add to Enzo Marescas attack after agreeing to sell fellow Brazilian Savinho to Tottenham for �85m, with Omar Marmoush also set to move to North London.He is Citys third signing of the summer after Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest and Jeremy Monga from Leiecester.
