The Denver Broncos have signed head coach Sean Payton to a new contract that will keep him with the team until 2031.Payton took over in 2023 after Denver sent a first-round pick to his previous team, the New Orleans Saints, to acquire his services. After a 8-9 finish in his first season, Payton has led the Broncos to two successive playoff berths.The Broncos finished 14-3 last season, earning the number one seed in the AFC.
