The same fan contrasted that experience with a much more positive meeting involving Drew McIntyre, saying the difference between the two couldnt have been clearer. These stories started gaining traction after Punks WrestleMania weekend turned chaotic inside the MGM Grand, where he was caught on video knocking a fans phone down during a confrontation near the elevators. According to Billi Bhatti of The Dirty Sheets Wrestling Informer podcast, tensions inside the hotel had been building before that moment. Bhatti also brought up a prior situation he said involved Punk and children during an earlier hotel encounter, using it as another example of how tense interactions with fans can turn ugly. During that discussion, Bhatti described a situation where children approached Punk hoping for a photo but instead got caught in a confrontation. He added that Punk allegedly addressed the kids directly instead of speaking to their parents.
