NWA Powerrr is getting a new television home following an announcement made during the NWA Crockett Cup 2026 on April 4. During the event, NWA broadcaster Joe Galli revealed that NWA Powerrr will soon begin airing on the Comet, which is part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group network family. The move gives the NWA a new broadcast platform, although no official premiere date has been announced yet. Currently, NWA Powerrr airs on the Roku Sports Channel, but the show has changed platforms several times in recent years. Earlier runs of Powerrr have appeared on YouTube, Twitter, The CW App, and FITE TV as the promotion searched for the right long-term home. The connection with Sinclair is notable because the company previously served as the longtime television home for Ring of Honor after acquiring the promotion in 2011. ROH television aired for years across Sinclair-owned CW and MyNetworkTV affiliates, helping establish the network as a consistent presence in wrestling broadcasting. This move to Comet could give NWA Powerrr a more stable broadcast outlet moving forward, especially with Sinclairs established track record in wrestling television distribution. Ringside News will keep you updated as additional information becomes available. Do you think moving NWA Powerrr to Comet will help the show reach a larger audience, or should the NWA focus more on streaming platforms instead? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
