After recent changes in talent relations, several WWE employees took to LinkedIn on March 31, 2026 to confirm theyve moved into new roles most of them tied directly to WWE NXT, where much of the companys future is being built. Andrea Concepcion revealed shes stepping into a major creative leadership position after rising quickly through the system starting as an assistant and climbing the ladder in just a few years. She detailed her journey and how fast things came together for her inside WWE. Brandon Carroll also confirmed his move into a writer position, but his path wasnt originally tied to wrestling at all instead, he came from a sports journalism background before making the jump. He explained how his career plans shifted along the way and why taking that risk paid off. Hard work pays off, dreams come true On the production side, Maurice Jenkins revealed hes moving into an Associate Producer position a role that comes with more responsibility behind the scenes. He explained how tough it can be to find real growth in the industry, and how WWE gave him that opportunity. Jenkins then pointed to the support system inside WWE as a key part of his journey. With multiple promotions happening at once, WWE is clearly stacking its creative and production teams from the inside especially in NXT, where the next generation of both talent and storytelling is being developed.
