Instead, he said he was supposed to be attending Square Circle Expo before plans suddenly changed and he found himself back in a WWE main event after years away. Cardona explained that the moment meant a lot to him, especially after spending nearly six years working outside WWE and grinding on the independent scene to get another opportunity. Even though he ended up losing the match to Randy Orton, Cardona made it clear he walked into the fight knowing he wasnt at full strength after suffering an arm injury the week before. Still, Cardona ended his message with a statement that makes it clear hes not planning to disappear after the loss. Cardona ultimately fell to Randy Orton after the veteran targeted his injured arm throughout the match and sealed the win with an RKO in the SmackDown main event.
