Thekla most recently retained her AEW Women's World Championship against former titleholder Kris Statlander in a 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match at AEW Revolution on March 15. Last Wednesday's edition of "Dynamite" saw Shirakawa emerge victorious against The Death Riders' Marina Shafir in a No Holds Barred Match to take the place of her close friend Toni Storm after Storm had been attacked by an unknown assailant earlier that same night.AEW World Champion MJF has had several challengers emerge over the course of the last several weeks, including Kenny Omega, Swerve Strickland, and most recently, Darby Allin last Wednesday. Omega looks to secure his shot when he collides with Strickland in a match that will see the former lose his Executive Vice President title to Strickland and not get his title shot if he loses, as per Strickland's terms from last Wednesday's show. Allin will also be competing in a match of his own as he goes head-to-head with La Faccion Ingobernable's Rush, and MJF will be making an appearance with something on his mind to share coming off his Texas Death Match against "Hangman" Adam Page at Revolution.After becoming the newest member of The Conglomeration, Roderick Strong will be joining forces with his longtime ally and new stablemate Orange Cassidy to take on David Finlay and Clark Connors of The Dogs. Cassidy met Finlay in the ring on the March 11 episode of "Dynamite" when the former and the aforementioned Allin came up short to the latter and his stablemate Gabe Kidd.We are live! Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and Taz greet audiences at home as Kenny Omega makes his way to the ring. Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana follow. The bell rings and the two lock up. Omega flies out of the ring to take out Strickland, then sends him crashing into one of the barricades and lands a variation of a senton on Strickland as Strickland sits on a chair.The two men return to the ring, and Strickland wears down Omega with a submission hold. He fires off chops on Omega's chest, but Omega lands a couple of kicks and a clothesline on Strickland. He follows it up with a moonsault to Strickland off the middle rope and goes for a pin.Strickland kicks out and Omega delivers a V Trigger to the back of Strickland's neck as Strickland lays on the middle rope. Omega gets Strickland up in an Electric Position on the middle rope, but Strickland escapes and sends both himself and Strickland crashing off the top rope.Back from the break, Omega and Strickland teeter on the ring apron. Strickland grabs the referee as a means of distracting her to land a low blow on Omega, then delivers a knee to him off the ring apron and drags Omega up on top of the barricade.Strickland delivers a piledriver to Omega on top of the barricade, but Omega rolls up Strickland back in the ring. Strickland delivers a House Call to Omega and lands a Swerve Stomp on Omega off the top rope as Omega is draped through the middle rope. He connects with a second Swerve Stomp on Omega off the top and pins Omega, but Omega kicks out.Omega fires off back elbows on Strickland in the corner and sends him crashing into the corner, but Strickland delivers a powerslam to Omega and pins him. Omega kicks out and rocks Strickland with a knee strike, then follows it up with a V Trigger and sets up for the One Winged Angel. Strickland escapes and looks to send Omega crashing into the mat with a belly-to-back piledriver, but Omega escapes and delivers a third V Trigger to Strickland. He sets up for One Winged Angel, but Strickland rakes Omega's eyes to escape. He lands a belly-to-beck piledriver on Omega and pins him, but Omega kicks out and delivers One Winged Angel to Strickland for the win.Winner: Kenny OmegaWe then head over to a video from Will Ospreay, who sends a message to Jon Moxley and thanks him for giving him time with his son. He says no amount of gratitude will help him forget that his son had to see him in pain and hurt him in front of his family and friends at AEW All Out. He then challenges Moxley to a match at Dynasty.Back at ringside, The Death Riders make their way out. SkyFlight follows. The bell rings and Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia brawl with Dante Martin and Darius Martin on the outside as Marina Shafir and Zayda Steel brawl in the ring. Shafir sits Steel on the top rope, but Steel lands a diving hurricanrana on her.Garcia and Darius tag in, but Garcia wears down Darius and tags in Moxley. Moxley fires off stomps on Darius in the corner, but Darius fires off right hands on Moxley. Darius levels Moxley with a dropkick and whips him into the corner, then lands an uppercut on Moxley.Dante tags in and Darius assists Dante in whipping him into Moxley in the corner. Darius then clotheslines Moxley out of the ring. Garcia and Shafir get knocked out of the ring, and Steel and Top Flight fly to level The Death Riders on the outside.Back from the break, Steel lands a Tornado DDT on Shafir in the corner and takes Garcia out in the process. She delivers a jumping knee to Shafir, then levels Shafir with a crossbody off the middle rope. Shafir catches Steel, but Steel rocks Shafir with a couple of strikes and runs the ropes.Yuta grabs Steel's ankle, allowing Shafir to blindside Steel from behind and get her in an Electric Chair position. Moxley tags in, but Steel sends Shafir crashing into Moxley to trip him ont eh top rope. Garcia tags in, but Steel fires off abc elbows on him and tags in Dante.Dante and Darious double team on Garcia and both men send him crashing into the mat. Yuta hops up on the apron, but Daniels looks to take him out. Yuta catches Daniels with the Busaiku Knee on the outside.Inside the ring, Garcia cinches in the Dragon Tamer on Darius. Shafir sends Dante crashing off the apron, and Moxley delivers a Curb Stomp to Darius. Garcia then pins him for the win.Winners: The Death RidersAfter the match, Moxley grabs a microphone and addresses Will Ospreay. He accepts Ospreay's challenge to a match on Dynasty, saying their issues aren't personal and Ospreay can have the grudge match he wants."Speedball"Mike Bailey then makes his way to the ring. Rocky Romero is already waiting inside. The bell rings and Speedball fires off his signature rapid fire kicks on Romero. He flies off the top rope to deliver a moonsault to Romero on the outside, then connects with his signature flipping double knees on Romero off the middle rope for the win.Winner: "Speedball" Mike BaileyMJF then makes his way to the ring. MJF demands that the live crowd show him respect as AEW World Champion and says fans are looking into the eyes of the man who hanged the "Hangman". He says "Hangman" Adam Page can never challenge for the AEW World Championship ever again, then says Page didn't put up much of a fight in their Texas Death Match at Revolution and claims that it was the easiest match of his career.MJF gloats about holding the AEW World Championship and says there's no higher prize or grander honor in the professional wrestling business, then says no one deserves it more than him because his name is MJF and he's better than the fans and they know it. He says no one is on the level of the devil.Kenny Omega's music hits, and he makes his way out. He stares down MJF, but MJF asks Omega if he can help him. Omega says MJF will have to excuse his state and his smell because of his match against Swerve Strickland, then asks MJF what his excuse is and says he's been hearing MJF talk about. He says MJF has gone as far as calling himself "The Devil" and rattles off his own nicknames, then says even at the height of being a heel, he never put himself on a pedestal above others like MJF does.Omega says if MJF wants to call himself "The Devil", he'll call himself "The God of Professional Wrestling" and says while he couldn't defeat Strickland in their first match on the February 18 episode of "Dynamite", it taught him a lesson that professional wrestling is just as much about what happens out of the ring as it does inside it. He says the current version of himself is pretty close to 100% and is better than MJF, then says the fans know it and the most important part is that MJF knows it as well. He extends his hand to MJF and says he wants his AEW World Championship match at Dynasty. MJF accepts, but refuses to shake Omega's hand and exits the ring.As MJF heads to the back, Omega says it's fine that MJF didn't shake his hand because everyone has heard his catchphrase one to many times. He bids the fans adieu and goodnight.FTR and Stokely appear on the entrance ramp and Cash Wheeler says himself and Dax Harwood made the choice to dump the dead weight of Adam Copeland in response to a message Copeland had sent to FTR via a backstage conversation with Renee Paquette. Wheeler says he lived in Copeland's guest house in 2009 and ate his food, but Harwood and Stokely are now his family instead of Copeland and his own family. Harwood says he loves what himself and Wheeler did to Beth Phoenix and how it made Copeland question himself, then tells Copeland to think about what he'll do to him after what himself and Wheeler did to Phoenix.The Conglomeration then make their way to the ring, with FTR shoving them on the entrance ramp. The Dogs follows. David Finlay and Roderick Strong begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Orange Cassidy and Clark Connors tag in, and Strong holds Connors in place for Cassidy to land an elbow drop on him. Finlay tags back in, but Cassidy sends his and Connors' faces bouncing off the top turnbuckle. Cassidy then delivers a double hurricanrana to Finlay and Connors to send them crashing out of the ring and looks to fly, but Finlay intercepts Cassidy. Connors and Finlay then level Stone and Cassidy on the outside.Back from the break, Cassidy lands a Stun-Dog Millionaire on Finlay. Strong and Connors tag in, but Strong sends Connors crashing into the mat spine first. Strong gets Finlay up on his shoulders and tags in Cassidy, but Finlay escapes and sends Strong crashing into Cassidy as Cassidy teeters on the top rope.Finlay pulls Cassidy out of the ring and clocks Strong to come to Connors' aid. Cassidy lands a double dropkick on Finlay and Connors, then looks to land an Orange Punch on Connors. Connors moves out of the way and double teams on Cassidy with Finlay for the win.Winners: The DogsMina Shirakawa then makes her way to the ring. Thekla follows. The bell rings and the two lock up. Shirakawa delivers a Tornillo to Thekla, but Thekla delivers a boot to Shirakawa. The two women brawl on the apron, but Shirakawa lands a DDT on Thekla off the ring apron.Back from the break, Thekla whips Shirakawa into the corner and mocks her by hitting Shirakawa's signature pose. She sets up for a spear, but Shirakwa sees her coming and rains down right hands on her. Shirakawa catches Thekla with a dropkick off the middle rope and pins her, but Thekla kicks out.Thekla slides a pair of bass knuckles on her hand after taking off her belt as a distraction for the referee. She then delivers a Knuckle Buster to Shirakawa using the brass knuckles for the win.Winner (and still): TheklaRush then makes his way to the ring. Darby Allin follows. The bell rings and the pair brawl on the outside of the ring. Rush sends Allin crashing into the ring steps twice, but Allin traps Rush in the ring skirt and sends his head repeatedly bouncing off the ring apron. He looks to fly out of the ring, but Rush moves out of the way and sends Allin crashing into the barricade.Back from the break, Allin and Rush exchange strikes with one another. Rush lands an elbow on Allin the corner and sets up for the Bull's Horns, but Allin moves out of the way and Rush is sent crashing into the corner. Allin then pins Rush for the win.Winner: Darby AllinAfter the match, Mark Davis appears and delivers a piledriver to Allin on the entrance ramp as Don Callis, Andrade El Idolo, Lance Archer, Rocky Romero, and Trent Beretta join him. As Andrade tries to understand why Callis agreed to be paid by MJF to take out Allin for him, Romero, Beretta, Davis, and Archer beat down Allin in the ring. The Don Callis Family stands tall as the show goes off the air.
