Thats the update coming out as WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reported that Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have been discussed creatively and a return to television could be in the works. After months of absence, WWE is finally making moves behind the scenes regarding the former tag team champions. But theres still one big question: when? According to the same report, theres no confirmed timeline for their return, leaving things wide open heading into WrestleMania 42. That uncertainty makes things interesting. WWE could bring them back as part of the WrestleMania build or hold off and reintroduce them after the event as part of a fresh reset. Either way, the fact that discussions are happening at all suggests this isnt just a random disappearance anymore. The Street Profits have been off WWE television since October 2025, though they did work a few NXT live events earlier this year. Importantly, neither Ford nor Dawkins is injured, which rules out the usual reason for such a long break. Now, it looks like this has been a creative pause and that pause may finally be ending, from being off TV to being actively discussed again.
