Brie Bella has putting in serious work s for her return to WWE, and the training behind the comeback looks very different from what she was used to earlier in her career. The Bella Twins are stepping back into the ring during a time when the WWE womens division has grown deeper and more competitive than ever. Because of that, Brie Bella and Nikki Bella have been ramping up their preparation with a combination of ring training and strength work. During an appearance on Access Daily discussing their comeback, Brie explained that Nikki has pushed her into a completely new style of training Olympic weightlifting. For years, Brie relied heavily on Pilates and yoga to stay in shape during her wrestling career, but this time around the focus has shifted toward building strength. Brie admitted she wasnt immediately sold on the new workout routine. Olympic lifting was far outside the training style she had relied on for years, and the first couple months required a lot of adjustment as her body adapted to the heavier workload. Once she pushed through that early learning curve, the results started to show. Brie explained that as the weights increased and her strength improved, the entire process became more rewarding. Brie also pointed out that the benefits go beyond wrestling itself. According to her, the training has improved how she feels physically both inside the ring and in everyday life. With the Bella Twins now training harder than ever for their WWE comeback, its clear theyre not approaching this return lightly. The real question is whether their revamped training routine will help them climb back to the top of the womens division.
