Home / Football / Champions League News WATCH: Bodo/Glimt stunner puts Inter Milan on verge of early Champions League exit Written by Cian Cheesbrough Last Update: February 24, 2026 09:45:07 pm GMT 3 min read Hakon Evjen scored a stunning goal to put Bodo/Glimt 2-0 up against Inter Milan, putting last years Champions League finalists on the verge of a shock early exit. Inter began the second half on the front foot, with Federico Dimarco, Manuel Akanji and Marcus Thuram all trying their luck. But for all the pressure, the finishing was wasteful and a sense grew that it might not be their night as Bodo/Glimt clung on.That feeling proved accurate when Akanji, pressed by three yellow shirts, lost possession on the edge of his own box. Ole Didrik Blomberg raced through and although Yann Sommer saved his initial effort, the ball fell kindly for Jens Petter Hauge to tap into an empty net for his second of the tie.Stung into action, Inter almost responded immediately. Akanji met Dimarcos cutback and struck the post, the rebound bouncing out before Haikin reacted sharply to claw the ball away.Any hope of a comeback was extinguished moments later. Hauge slipped a pass through for Hakon Evjen, who controlled and rifled a superb volley beyond Sommer on the counter to leave last seasons finalists with a mountain to climb.Alessandro Bastoni did eventually pull one back for the hosts when his header was adjudged to have crossed the line, but they were still left needing three more goals in the final 10 minutes to level the tie.Table of Contents1 Where to Watch Inter Milan v Bod/Glimt: TV and Streaming Options2 Inter team news3 Bodo team newsWhere to Watch Inter Milan v Bod/Glimt: TV and Streaming OptionsInter Milan versus Bod/Glimt kicks off tonight at 8pm UK time.
