AEW has officially locked in its closing match for tonights February 18 episode of Dynamite and its a major one. Just before the show went live, AEW President Tony Khan jumped on social media with a live video rundown of the card. During the stream, Khan confirmed that Kenny Omega vs. Swerve Strickland will serve as the main event for tonights broadcast. The announcement puts two of AEWs biggest names in the final spotlight position of the night, solidifying Omega vs. Strickland as the closing match on an already stacked show. Earlier in the day, AEW added a late Continental Title Eliminator match between Jon Moxley and Mark Davis, but despite that high-stakes addition, it will be Omega and Swerve closing the show.
