This update follows earlier reporting from PWInsider, which clarified that Breakkers hernia was a lingering issuenot something that happened solely during his Raw segment last week. While the intense physicality of the segment worsened the condition, surgery was already being discussed behind the scenes. The hernia had no effect on Breakkers 2026 Royal Rumble appearance or elimination. WWE had already laid out creative plans for him heading into WrestleMania, which are now being reworked.
