In a new interview with The Breakfast Club on January 21, 2026, the 54-year-old fan favorite opened up about just how much damage hes endured during his decades in the businessand its more than most ever knew.
That last one, the quad tear, put him on the shelf during an NXT match in November 2022but Truth revealed that was just one of many physical setbacks hes faced. When asked about his recovery process, the former 24/7 Champion didnt sugarcoat it.
Despite the long list of injuries, R-Truth credits his continued mobility to discipline and body maintenance, making it clear at his age, he can still do backflips, among other things.
