Aron Stevens has officially re-signed with the National Wrestling Alliance, locking himself in for another two years with the promotion he helped define during its Powerrr revival.

The former Damien Sandow confirmed the news during a January 19, 2026 appearance on Inside the Ring, putting to rest any talk of a return to WWE, AEW, or TNA in the near future. When asked directly whether hed take a call from any of the major companies, Stevens confirmed he signed a two-year deal.

Since exiting WWE in 2016, Stevens had a unique second act with the NWA. From 2019 to 2022, he was one of the standout performers during the promotions studio-wrestling resurgence, using theatrical promos, old-school charisma, and absurdist comedy to reinvent himself as a delusional wrestling genius. His tag team with The Question Mark became a cult hit, even earning them an NWA World Tag Team Championship reign.

But Stevens legacy in the NWA isnt just about titlesits about personality. His long-form promos and offbeat segments helped distinguish Powerrr from everything else in the wrestling landscape, making him a core figure in the brands identity.

Now, with a new deal signed, Stevens is doubling down on his commitment to the NWAand making it clear hes not fielding outside offers. Not unless they go through Billy Corgan.

Are you glad Aron Stevens is sticking with the NWA, or would you like to see him return to a bigger stage one day? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know what you think.
