The WWE Performance Center tryouts turned scary this week when social media influencer Sallie Grace revealed she suffered a concussion after getting hit during a routine drill.
On January 15, 2026, Grace took to Instagram to break down exactly what happenedand the story left fans concerned. She explained that while running an improv session at the WWE PC, an unexpected hit to the head left her disoriented and eventually sidelined with a concussion.
From there, things got worse quickly. Grace began to feel disoriented and said she couldnt hold a train of thought. Despite feeling off, she showed up the next morning only to realize the injury was more serious than she thought.
Eventually, she was evaluated by medical personnel at the Performance Centerwhere things got even more confusing. Grace recalled sitting in silence for ten minutes, unable to think clearly, and described a moment where she got confused in her hotel elevator. She also said she wasnt alone in getting injured during the multi-day tryout.
Grace was one of several standout participants during this weeks tryouts in Orlando, which featured athletes from across combat sports, basketball, and strongman competitions. But this health scare is a reminder that the road to WWE isnt easyand sometimes comes with real consequences.
