
The TNA World Tag Team Championship will be on the line at Genesis as Matt and Jeff Hardy are officially set to defend their gold against The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch).
The match was confirmed during the January 8th episode of TNA iMPACT, where The Hardys opened the show and called out their looming rivals. After weeks of eerie mind games and targeted attacks, Matt and Jeff made it clear they were ready to fight.
The Righteous didnt bite immediately. Vincent and Dutch appeared but declined to throw down on the spot. Instead, Vincent proposed they settle it at Genesis, the upcoming pay-per-view on January 17thand The Hardys accepted.
This marks another major bout added to an already stacked card for Genesis, which includes J.D.C.s retirement match and a huge X Division Title clash.
