Triple H may be the man in charge of WWE creative, but hes not doing it alone and now we know exactly whos pulling the strings behind the scenes.

According to PWInsider, Bruce Prichard and Ed Koskey are the two tenured voices running day-to-day operations inside the creative department. Prichard continues to oversee the overall process, while Koskey handles script edits and makes sure everything fits WWEs corporate vision.

Ryan Ward has stepped up in a big way. Hes now running point on both RAW and SmackDown, making him the central figure behind WWEs weekly storytelling across both brands. Below him, each show has its own creative leaders:

  • SmackDown is run by Road Dogg Brian James and John Swikata
  • RAW is handled by Alexandra Williams and Jonathan Baeckstrom

Theyre backed by teams of staff writers who build out storylines, develop segments, and pitch week-to-week continuity all filtered through Ward, Koskey, and ultimately Triple H.

Paul Levesque still makes the final call on everything, but the machine underneath him is structured, active, and hands-on. This isnt a one-man operation its a creative ladder built to keep both brands moving.

Now that the names are out there, what do you think? Is Triple Hs inner circle delivering the product WWE needs or does the company need fresh minds in creative? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
