While speaking with Chris Van Vliet, Shayna Baszler was asked directly whether Rousey is truly finished with pro wrestling. Without hesitation, Baszler said she doesnt buy it, making it clear that she believes Rousey will come back one day.
This comes after Rousey previously claimed that a return to WWE is not on her radar. She cited her growing family and WWEs intense travel demands as reasons shes walking away from the business.
The Baddest Woman on the Planet also revealed that WWE left the door open for her comeback, saying:
But for Baszler, that open door isnt just symbolicits a real possibility. The two have remained close since Rouseys 2023 departure, and if anyone knows how Ronda ticks, its Shayna.
