Weeks after WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Hart had his iconic red-and-white megaphone stolen during WrestleCade weekend, we now know exactly how it made its way back homethanks to security footage and a little pressure.

According to Fightful Select, WrestleCade officials were able to identify the person responsible after catching the culprit on high-definition security cameras. Once confronted, the individual chose to return the megaphone rather than face potential legal consequences.

The megaphone went missing on November 29 while Hart was attending WrestleCade in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The theft quickly made headlines, as the item is a cherished part of Harts legacyused throughout his legendary career managing icons like Hulk Hogan, The Hart Foundation, and The Honky Tonk Man.

At the time, WrestleCade publicly warned that law enforcement would get involved if the megaphone wasnt returned.

That pressure worked. On December 20, Hart appeared in a video posted by WrestleCade holding the recovered megaphone and thanking everyone involved.

While the thiefs identity hasnt been made public, the fact that the megaphone was recovered thanks to security footage shows just how seriously the wrestling community treats its legends. And with Hart choosing forgiveness over charges, the holidays got just a little brighter for fans of The Mouth of the South.
