Just when it seemed like he won the match, Ricky Saints pulled the referee out and this gave Oba Femi enough time to beat Evans to retain the title. The show closed with Ricky Saints officially turning heel.
Shiloh Hill also had a very solid in-ring debut as he made short work of Lexis King in singles competition. This and many other moments took place throughout the night.
