John Cenas retirement match is just around the corner, and WWE is pulling out all the stops for the sendoff. But one key name from his past likely wont be present: Randy Orton.
Orton is currently in Saudi Arabia for the grand opening of MrBeast Land a theme park launched by YouTube megastar MrBeast in partnership with WWE. The visit is part of WWEs ongoing relationship with Saudi Arabia, which has hosted numerous Premium Live Events over the years, including Crown Jewel and Night of Champions.
That puts Ortons attendance at Saturday Nights Main Event in serious doubt. The event will mark Cenas final match, a retirement bout against Gunther. While many WWE legends and former rivals are expected to be on hand for the occasion, Orton may be absent due to his commitments overseas.
Orton and Cenas history is extensive, stretching back nearly two decades with numerous high-profile encounters, including their most recent clash at this years Backlash event. His absence would be a notable one, given the role hes played in Cenas legacy.
Do you think WWE should have arranged Ortons schedule to be at Cenas retirement match? Let us know in the comments below.
