Paul Wight isnt riding off into the sunset anytime soon. The wrestling legend made it loud and clear during a guest spot on Notsam Wrestling Live! hes working his way back into the ring and hes dead serious about making it count.

Wight revealed that he recently underwent back surgery, one of several procedures hes had in the last few years. But despite the wear and tear, Wight isnt tapping out.

Still, Wight isnt whining. Hes rebuilding and hes got support from AEW top brass, especially Tony Khan.

But make no mistake hes not coming back to just exist. Wight wants to compete, and hes got no interest in being a charity case on TV.

He made it clear that its not about nostalgia its about still bringing it in the ring. Right now, its all about recovery and regaining that explosiveness.

And when he does return? Wight is ready to make an impact literally and financially.

Wight most recently appeared during the AEW Full Gear Tailgate Brawl, working commentary and even getting physically involved as Big Boom A.J. and Q.T. Marshall took on Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta.

Paul Wight isnt done not by a long shot. Between physical rehab, his hunger to compete, and a locker room full of fresh matchups, the futures wide open for the man once known as The Big Show.
