The December 1 episode of WWE RAW was a special night with a lot of fallout after Survivor Series: WarGames. This also included what is going to happen next for CM Punk.
A mystery man helped The Visions team win the mens WarGames match. This left a big open-ended storyline going into RAW this week. Naturally, it was addressed, to an extent. The big news coming off of The Visions promo during this weeks RAW was CM Punks next challenger.
During the Visions promo on RAW this week, he revealed that CM Punk will defend the World Heavyweight Championship on January 5 against Bron Breakker. This will be the first RAW of the year, so they are going to start things off with a bang.
CM Punk received a ton of chants in the building, but he didnt come out to answer them. We will have to see what happens in this situation, because Bron Breakker will be quite a challenger for the Second City Saint. After all, Breakker did pin Punk at WarGames.
Bron Breakker cut a menacing promo after that. He promised to come for everything CM Punk stands for. He was also disappointed about how easy it was to pin Punk at Survivor Series: WarGames. In the end, Breakker promised to be the new champion on January 5.
