Chris Jerichos AEW contract is up at the end of 2025, and WWE isnt sitting on the sidelines.
According to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has already made a moveoffering Jericho a retirement storyline if he chooses to return. While nothing is confirmed, the idea is reportedly on the table if Jericho decides not to re-sign with AEW. Dave Meltzer wrote:
Its worth noting Meltzers reporting often leans on speculation, and no official statements have been made by Jericho or WWE.
Tony Khan, however, made his stance very clear during a recent interview with Adams Apple, saying he hopes Jericho finishes his career in AEW.
For now, Jericho hasnt made any public decision about what comes next. But WWE is reportedly interestedand the door may be open.
