The November 28 episode of WWE SmackDown went down at the Bell Arena in Denver, Colorado. The night may have been pretaped thanks to Thanksgiving, but it was still a big night.
The Last Time Is Now Tournament continued, and that called for more matches on the road to John Cenas last match.
Jey Uso and Rusev started out this weeks episode of SmackDown. The two had a good match that stretche through a commercial break. In the end, Main Event Jey Uso beat The Bulgarian Brute after hitting an Uso Splash.
LA Knight was set to face Sheamus this week, but the Celtic Warrior was taken out of the equation. Then The Miz got Sheamus spot in the tournament this week. That turn of luck for The Miz, even if he planted his own lotto ball in Nick Aldis hand, didnt work out. In the end, LA Knight won the match to advance.
The finals in this tournament are set to wrap up next week on SmackDown. John Cenas last match will go down on December 13 at Saturday Nights Main Event. Only time will tell whether its for the IC Title.
