TNA Wrestling taped new episodes of Impact on November 15 at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. Heres what went down, though the order may change when it airs.
Xplosion Matches:
Ryan Nemeth defeated Krampus. Nemeth wore a turkey suit after losing the Turkey Bowl match at Thursdays taping.
Sinner and Saint defeated Jake Painter and Javi.
Heather by Elegance and M by Elegance defeated Mila Moore and Jada Stone. During the match, Mila refused to tag in and walked out, continuing her issues shown in last weeks video. After the match, Victoria Crawford and Tessa Blanchard attacked Jada. Myla Grace and Harley Hudson came out to help.
Impact Matches:
Mike Santana opened the show with a promo. He sat in the ring and told the crowd he loved them. He said one month ago he was on top after winning the TNA World Title and celebrating with his daughter. He recently hit 1,000 days sober, but the next day, everything was taken from him. He said he went to a meeting instead of giving up, and now he wants revenge. He said Frankie Kazarian has what he wants and hes taking the title back. Santana also warned the NXT wrestlers who showed up Thursday, saying hes coming for all of them.
Dani Luna defeated Myla Grace, Rosemary, and Indi Hartwell to earn a future Knockouts Title match. Dani used a chain to hit Indi after Rosemary brought it into the ring.
Mance Warner defeated Matt Cardona. Steph DeLander distracted the referee and Mance used a purse to win.
John Skyler defeated Myron Reed with help from Jason Hotch.
Xia Brookside defeated Victoria Crawford, Jody Threat, and Killer Kelly in a four-way match to become the number one contender. She won with Iconoclasm. Frankie Kazarian joined commentary for the match.
JDC defeated Eric Young. After the match, JDC and Kazarian had a staredown, teasing a possible title match before JDC retires.
Brooks Jensen defeated a local wrestler listed as Home Town Man.
The IInspiration came out for a promo. They spoke about their win at Turning Point and said theyre ready to face anyone from any promotion. Victoria Crawford and Tessa Blanchard interrupted and challenged them to a match at Final Resolution. Mila Moore then attacked Lee and McKay from behind.
Mike Santana defeated Robert Stone. After the match, Santana said that was one down and told Stone to tell his guys Santana is on Demon Time.
AJ Francis came out for a segment with Rich Swann. He insulted Swann and said he has an X-Division Title match at Final Resolution. He brought out Leon Slater. Slater defended Swann, reminding Francis that Swann is a former World Champion. Francis said that if he was in TNA when Swann was champ, he wouldve held the title. A fight broke out. Slater avoided being choke slammed through a table. Francis held Slater and told Swann to hit him with the belt, but Swann refused. Francis then choke slammed Slater.
Xia Brookside defeated Dani Luna againpossibly the final qualifier to officially become number one contender. Xia won with an inside cradle after Indi Hartwell stopped Dani from using the chain.
Mustafa Ali defeated Trey Miguel in a match where Order 4 and The Rascalz were banned from ringside. Ali made Trey tap out with a sharpshooter after Trey missed the Meteora.
Lexis King, Channing Lorenzo, Tyson Dupont, and Tyriek Igwe defeated Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Cedric Alexander, and Steve Maclin. Lexis hit Maclin with a cheap shot, allowing Stacks (Lorenzo) to get the pin. After the match, Santino Marella yelled at Stacks, his son-in-law.
Leon Slater, Eddie Edwards, Moose, and Brian Myers defeated AJ Francis, Rich Swann, Ryan Nemeth, and Jake Something. Slater got the pin on Nemeth after hitting a swanton 450.
After the match, Slater and The System cut a promo in the ring. Myers praised Slater and mentioned JDCs retirement speech from Thursday. He said they were in the presence of a Full Sail legend and hoped JDC had one more dance left. Fandangos music hit, and he came out dancing. Tyler Breeze then came out with JDC to reunite Breezango and close the tapings.
