Randy Orton might finally be on his way back to WWE TVif the companys own website is anything to go by.

According to the official WWE events page, Orton is listed as appearing at the December 5th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, set to take place at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas. This show will be the first SmackDown following the Survivor Series Premium Live Event, and could mark Ortons first televised return since October.

The last time fans saw the Apex Predator was on the October 3rd episode of SmackDown, where he teamed with Cody Rhodes to face Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. Things didnt go well for Orton that night. After the match, Reed flattened him with multiple Tsunamis in a vicious post-match assault that effectively wrote him off TV.

In the weeks since, Orton has stayed under the radar, opting to spend some personal time away from the spotlight. He was recently spotted enjoying a tropical getaway with his family in Belizegiving his body a much-needed break after years of wear and tear.
