Kevin Nash is opening up about a serious health diagnosisand how technology has helped him finally get real rest after years of exhaustion.
During a recent conversation with Raven on the Kliq This podcast, Raven discussed his own health challenges, including a sleep disorder and early-onset Parkinsons. That prompted Nash to reveal that he was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and has been using a specialized computer-assisted breathing machine that has completely transformed his nights.
Nash explained that hes been using the ASV device for just under a month and is already seeing dramatic results.
Before the diagnosis, Nash said he would come home from the gym every evening and crash almost immediately, needing a nap before dinner just to function. But since using the machine, that daily fatigue has completely disappeared.
After just 28 days of treatment, Nash says hes sleeping more than seven hours straight each night, with his apnea episodes dropping from 11 per hour down to just over two. Its a massive improvement for the 66-year-old WWE Hall of Famer, who admits hes feeling sharper, more energized, and more balanced than he has in years.
For someone whos spent decades in a business known for its physical grind and travel fatigue, Nashs story is a reminder of how crucial sleep and recovery can beeven for larger-than-life wrestlers.
