Kamille hasnt been seen on AEW programming since the November 30, 2024 episode of Rampage, when she was mysteriously attacked backstage just days after splitting from Mercedes Mon. While many fans assumed she was gone for good, her current AEW status has now been revealedand shes still under contract.
According to Fightful Select Answers Q&A, Kamille remains signed to All Elite Wrestling, with her deal reportedly having plenty of time left. Despite that, she hasnt been backstage at AEW shows and her name hasnt come up in creative discussions since she was written off television late last year.
Kamille debuted in AEW during the summer of 2024 as Mercedes Mons powerhouse bodyguard. She racked up wins over Queen Aminata, Robyn Renegade, and local talent before suffering her only AEW loss to Kris Statlander in October. That match turned out to be her final appearance before AEW cut her from storylines entirely.
Reports indicate that AEW President Tony Khan wasnt sold on the chemistry between Kamille and Mon, which led to the sudden creative drop. However, Mon was said to be open to working with Kamille again, including a potential one-on-one match that never came to fruition.
Since disappearing from AEW television, Kamille has pursued outside ventures like starring in Queen of The Ring and appearing on the rebooted American Gladiator series. Shes also remained active on the indie scene, wrestling for promotions such as Insane Championship Wrestling and Pro Wrestling King.
Still, her contract ties her to AEW for noweven if the company has no immediate plans for her.
