Masha Slamovich was reportedly on the verge of major opportunities before serious allegations derailed her momentum. Now, her entire future in professional wrestling is uncertainand it might have looked very different just weeks ago.
According to Fightful Selects Sean Ross Sapp, Slamovich was likely eyeing a move to WWE or NXT before her name was dragged into controvers. Sapp revealed during a Q&A that there was interest from WWE, but uncertainty about how far it went.
Sapp previously reported that her TNA departure was also already in motion. Slamovichs contract was set to expire, and she wasnt expected to re-sign. That factored into TNAs decision to pull her from Victory Road and book Ash by Elegance to take the Knockouts Title from her before the allegations even surfaced.
Now, with her TNA run over and other doors likely closed for the time being, the path forward is unclear. However, its not out of the question that she returns to TNA someday, depending on how everything unfolds.
