There is a lot of talk about Tiger Woods' return to the golf course, and it will be really interesting to see what the future holds for the American golfer.
The 49-year-old has had two surgeries this year, and that does not inspire optimism among golf fans that they will be able to see him return soon. What worries the public the most is whether Tiger will return to the world of golf at all.
Miller Brady, president of the PGA Tour Champions (Senior Tour), hopes for Tiger's return next year, when the popular golfer will also have the opportunity to play on the senior tour, as he will turn 50.
In an interview with the Golf Channel, he stressedthat he has been making plans for Tiger's arrival on the senior tour for a year, aware that Woods' arrival would produce additional interest.
"We've done some whiteboarding over the past year in preparation for Tiger turning 50. And if and when he plays, our tournaments are prepared.
It is going to be more. Security, buses, portalets, concession stands - all of that is taken into account when we plan for that."- he said, as quoted by Golf Magic.
Brady shares his hopes
Brady shares his hopes that the 49-year-old will have the opportunity to walk and play golf again. Tiger has not yet spoken about his return to the golf course, probably not even knowing the date of his return.
Woods uses his time to accompany Charlie to junior tournaments, and it seems that the young golfer has serious potential to be at least partially as good as his father.
He faces a process of recovery and rest, and there are still no specific forecasts from either the doctors or Tiger himself.
"To be honest with you, given the last surgery, I just hope Tiger gets back on his feet and is able to play golf again."- Brady said.
