The former WWE Superstar revealed on Instagram that he recently underwent successful knee surgery to address multiple problemsmost notably two loose bodies and a torn meniscus. Mahal kept it real with fans in a new rehab video, showing the first steps of his recovery just days after the procedure. He captioned the post with a clear breakdown of what was fixed:

Mahals knee issues have been building for some time. He recently claimed that WWE botched a knee injury during his run with the company, which made the problem worse than it needed to be. This surgery appears to be the step he needed to finally fix it.
